How quickly will a tutor be assigned?▼
Once payment is confirmed, our system matches and notifies a tutor within 2 hours. You will receive a WhatsApp confirmation with your tutor's name and details before the session.
Are your tutors verified and background checked?▼
Yes. All tutors submit their NRIC for identity verification. We verify educational qualifications and collect police clearance certificates before approving any tutor on the platform.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?▼
Cancellations made 48+ hours before the session receive a full refund. 24–48 hours notice receives a 50% refund. Less than 24 hours notice is non-refundable. Reschedules carry your payment over to the new session date.
Can I request the same tutor every week?▼
Absolutely. Our system gives priority to your preferred tutor for recurring bookings. Just mention it when booking and we will consistently match you with the same tutor whenever they are available.
What subjects and levels do you cover?▼
We cover English, Mathematics, Science, Chinese, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Economics and more — from Primary all the way to JC A-Level and IB/IP. Contact us if your subject is not listed and we will find you a match.
How does payment work?▼
Payment is made securely via PayPal at the time of booking. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal balance. No cash payments needed — everything is handled online for your convenience.
What if the tutor does not show up?▼
If your assigned tutor cancels or fails to show up, we will immediately find a replacement at no extra cost. If no replacement is available, you will receive a full refund — no questions asked. This override applies regardless of the usual cancellation policy.
How much does a session cost?▼
Sessions start from $50 for Primary level, $65 for Secondary, $100 for JC/A-Level, and $110 for IB/IP per session. Save more with our Monthly package (4 sessions) or Term package (8 sessions) — both come with a discount.
Where do sessions take place?▼
All sessions are conducted at your home at a time that suits your schedule. Our tutors travel island-wide across Singapore. Online sessions via video call can also be arranged upon request.
